Refund requests are not accepted under any circumstances.

Clients are not permitted to use preliminary sketches before the final version is completed.

Customers are required to pay 50% of the total cost upfront before I start working. Once you approve the sketch, please pay the remaining 50% so I can complete the project.

I only accept payments via PayPal.(“Paying for an item or service”) (+5% fee)
